Lately Ive been toying with hoe to motivate myself. One thing I noticed was that I get that extra motivation to pick up a project if I see other works that id like to do.
If I spend some time scrolling instagram I lilely will feel the urge to crochet, or if I fall down the rabbir hole of watching people do amazing jump rope tricks, I have the extra motivation to get out and jump myself.
If this happens randomly, why not use it in the rught way?
I try as much as possible not to use social media during the day, but if I have time in the morning, I tend to consciously open a youtube video about whatever I could do instead. After some inutes I feel compelle to exercise or tidy up.
In all fairness, that’s what the algorithms intend us to do,right? Engage! So … Why not use them in our favour instead of a mind numbing source (which at times is also much welcome – I confess!).
So that’s it! Why not try this? So far it’s been working for me! Do you ever do this?
